Camping clothing or equipment rental prices exclusively cover the use of rented items.

The delivery of the selected products in your reserve, will be done in person visiting our store in Reykjavík, The delivery instructions will arrive at the receipt of your reservation.

The delivery/collection service is only available within the capital area.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or in bad conditions, The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the customer credit card. The same applies in case of loss or theft during the rental period.

2. Rentals - Terms of Payment and Services

The rental period corresponds to the stipulated dates in the reserve.

The clothing rental is calculated per day (1 day equivalent to any period of up to 24 hours).

The total rental payment must be made at the time of the reservation.

Payment can be made online by visa or mastercard cards, Through safe transactions M[or half of our We Travel platform.

If the payment terms are not fulfilled, The reserve will be considered canceled within a period of 2 days.

In case of early return of rented articles before the stipulated date, No refund will be carried out.

If you want to extend the rental period beyond the indicated date, You must previously contact boreal boutique by Icelandcover to confirm availability. In case of confirming, The corresponding additional payment must be made when returning the equipment.

Boreal boutique by icelandcover does not guarantee the possibility of extending the rental period or the availability of camping equipment in sizes other than those initially reserved.

All rent and use of camping equipment is under the exclusive responsibility of the client, who assumes all the associated risks, including personal damage, losses or any other damage derived from the use of rented products.

The client is also responsible for any additional person who allows to use the rented equipment or clothing.

Boreal boutique by icelandcover assumes any financial responsibility for damages, injuries, losses or effects on personal goods or commercial activities that may arise from the use of rented material.

Any problem with rented equipment or clothing should be reported immediately at boreal boutique by icelandcover by email to [email protected].

3. Insurance and damaged or lost equipment

Boreal boutique by icelandcover does not offer insurance on the camping equipment or rented clothes or on the users of these items.

The lessee is responsible in case of loss, Theft or damage of rented equipment or clothing, must assume the total cost of repair or replacement, Until the value of a new article of equal type and brand.

Damage charges will be determined at the time of return.

Any repair will be evaluated individually, After consulting with our service centers.

4. Cancellation policy

The following conditions apply in case of cancellation:

Cancellations made with more than 5 days before the date of activity or rent: Full Refund, Discounting a transaction rate of the 10%.

Cancellations made between 1 y 4 days before the activity or rental: Refund of the 50%.

Cancellations made with less than 1 day (24 hours) In advance: There will be no refund.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to email [email protected].

The cancellation date will be the date on which boreal boutique by icelandcover receives said written notification.

5. Price changes

All prices are subject to modification in case of changes in VAT or other relevant taxes or rates.
